So I can study Spanish. :-)

今更だけど、コアリズムにチャレンジ中。

おとといの夜注文して、昨日、発送のメールが届いた…かと思ったら、
今日届いた！！ビックリした。
ここ最近、配達が驚くほど速いですね。
頼んだ翌日には、もう到着してる感じ。
日本の配送業務は、大変素晴らしいです★


さて、今日は軽くテスト、ということで、キックスタートからスタート。
まだキックスタートだけだけど、楽しかった！！
もともとダンスが好きなので、これなら続けられそうだと感じました。

目標は、２ヶ月間で５ｃｍウエストをシェイプしたい。
欲を言えば、８ｃｍ！！（笑）
高校生時代のウエストを取り戻したいです。

やる気は結構なんだが、あとは持続することが重要で（笑）
何事も、継続は力なり。
とにかく、がんばります★
